In this video we attempt to create CLOUD bread, an alternative to flour based bread for easy healthy snacks. We left it in the oven a little too long but it didn’t effect how soft and tasty it was.

Need this;
2-3 eggs,
greek yogurt,
2 bowls,
Electric whisk,
Oven & baking try

Do this;
separate the egg yolks and whites and then add 2 desert spoons of greek yogurt and a pinch of sea salt to the yolks. Mix it all together with a fork.
Now whisk the egg whites until they look thick, foamy and smooth. Then just combine it all together and place onto an oven try and bake for 30 mins on around 300 degrees F or until slightly golden brown like a bread bun.
If you want to store them, allow to cool and place in a zip lock in the fridge for 3-5 days.
