One way to stay healthy during the quarantine is to eat healthier. I’m not the healthiest eater but I’m trying to make better choices every day. I’m taking baby steps. I consider this breakfast to be simple, light and healthy. I still want to enjoy what I’m eating. So I’m trying to find balance. I would say this meal is rather healthy compared to what I would eat for breakfast in the past. So what are yall eating during this quarantine? Please let me know in the comments.
