Cook at home healthy wheat pizza. Aata Pizza base recipe. Wheat pizza base in tawa. Without oven. Without yeast.

Recipe:
Add 1 bowl wheat flower, 1Tbsp baking powder, 1/2 Tbsp baking soda and 1/2 Tbsp refined sugar.
Mix it well for 2 mins. Add 3-4Tbsp curd in the centre of the mixture and knead it into a semi-solid. Apply 1Tbsp oil to the dough and pat it down for 2-3mins.
Rest the dough for an hour by covering it with a lid.
When the dough is ready after an hour, divide it into 2 equal portions. Take one portion and roll it into a round flatbread. Use dry flour to dust the dough so that it does stick. Ensure that the base thus formed is little thick.
Using your index finger create a boundary of the pizza and prick the inside part using a fork. This is done so that it does not swell during cooking.
Pre-Heat the tawa for 10secs on low flame and place the base up-side down i.e the pricked side face down. Put little oil around it and cook for 20-30secs before flipping on to the other side. Important, the tawa which you are using should have a thick bottom.
Spread pizza sauce over the entire base and then add grated cheese covering the complete base. Add whatever veggies you like on top of it. for people who like the vegetable a little less crispy can even sauté the vegetables before putting it on top of the base. Then add another layer of grated cheese on top it.
Cover the pizza with a lid and cook for 3-4mins. Need to keep checking on the status of the pizza basis the tawa being used and the choice of crispness required in the base.
You can add chillies flake and oregano seasoning once the pizza is ready!!!
Tip: Do not add additional salt as most cheese and pizza sauce along with seasoning contain salt.
