So while im at home thought i might as well show my subscribers how to cook healthy meals to boost your immune system. This is a quick and easy vegan recipe that the whole family can enjoy. But by all means if you enjoy eating meat your can add anything you like to this vegan recipe.
Why not Bring your children into the kitchen and start teaching them how to make healthy meals instead of taking them to the fast food restaurants which is destroying their immune system. you and your family should start to boost your immune system for the time we are living in right now.
so stop eating food that is bad for you.
In this vegan recipe i used;
-Extra virgin olive oil
-Fresh ginger
-Fresh garlic
-Fresh turmeric
-Frozen Peppers
-Frozen okra
-Chickpeas
-Cayenne Pepper
-Raw red onion
-Quinoa
-Amino acids spray
-Fresh frozen mushroom
-tomato puree
-Sea moss and bladderwrack jelly(homemade)- i realised the camera was not filming when i put the sea moss and bladderwrack jelly in, so all you have to do is add the Sea moss and bladderwrack jelly after you have added the tomato puree and water.
