Ramadan has just begun and I wanted to share a special Turkish Flatbread Recipe that is called Ramadan Pide. It’s a very old tradition in Turkey that comes from the Ottoman Empire time. You can only find this flatbread in your local bakeries during Ramadan month. And it’s a tradition to eat your iftar with this bread. We’re not fasting during Ramadan but I love to make Ramadan recipes at home. I grew up with a big iftar table every year. I can’t make it now, as a family living abroad but I want to keep our traditions with our food.
