SHEEL KHEER WITH PARANTHA

Parantha
Ingredients
Atta 1 cup
Powdered flax seeds 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Spinach puree to prepare dough
Procedure
Mix all the above ingredients and make the dough with spinach puree.

Sheel Kheer
Ingredients
Milk 1/2 liter
Puffed rajgira/sheel 1 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp
Procedure
Keep the milk in the pan to boil. After milk starts boiling, add rajgira and let it cook on low flame for 7-10 minutes. After 10 minutes add sugar , let it cook for 1-2 minutes and kheer is ready to serve.

THANDAI CHIA SEED PUDDING
Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Chia seeds 1/2 cup
Thandai syrup 2 tbsp
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before serving it.

CHAI MASALA OATMEAL
Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Instant oats 3/8 cup
Homemade tea masala 1/4 tsp
Dried cranberries 10-12
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients and cook on low flame , stirring in between.After the mixture comes to boil, switch off the gas and oatmeal is ready.

TOAST WITH PANEER SPREAD
For Paneer spread
Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Yogurt/ Curd 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Procedure
Heat the milk in the pan. When the bubbles start forming on the sides, put 1/4 cup yogurt and stir. Milk will curdle. Separate the paneer and then add salt to taste and add lemon juice and 1 tbsp of yogurt and blend it in blender until a smooth paste forms. Keep it in a covered bowl and put it in the fridge.
