Ingredients
Boiled Minced meat (Qeema) : 1 Cup
Red chilli flakes ( Lal mirch): 1 tablespoon
Coriander Seeds ( Sabut dhania) : 1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste ( Adrak lehsun) :1 teaspoon
Green chillies ( Hari mirch) : 1 tablespoon
Chopped onions (Piyaz) : 1 tablespoon
Capsicum ( Shimla mirch): 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder ( Haldi): 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
Cabbage ( bandh gobi): 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves ( Dhania): 1/4 cup
For making Paratha Dough:
Whole wheat Atta: 1/3 cup
All purpose flour ( Maida): 1/2 cup
Salt ( Namak): 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil( tael): 3 tablespoon
Directions:
1- Mix boiled minced meat and all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2- Mix it well
3- Take 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan
4- Stir the mixture for 5 minutes
5- For dough making mix the ingredients
6- Knead the ingredients with water to make the dough uniform
7- Place the rolled dough on pan and cook one side completely and half cook the other side.
8- Remove from the pan and add the filling in the center.
9- Add cheese to it
10- Fold from all the sides to make a square shape and join the sides by a flour paste.
11- Stir fry all the sides until golden brown
