Hello everyone. Welcome to my youtube channel. Today, I want to share my favorite pizza recipes with oatmeal. This recipe is so simple and easy. Everyone can make it so fast. I generally use oatmeal flour. It doesn’t matter if you wanna use other flour you can use.

FOR PIZZA DOUGH

– 300 Gr Oatmeal Flour
– 170 Ml Warm Water
– 2 Spoon of Olive Oil
– 1 Tea Spoon of Salt
– 1 Dessert Spoon of Yeast

FOR PIZZA SAUCE

– 1 Spoon of Tomato Paste
– 1 Grated Garlic
– 1 Dessert Spoon of thyme

FOR TOP OF PIZZA

– 200 Gr Mozarella
– 1 Tomato
– 1 Pepper
– 4 Piece Olive
– If you want you can add your favorite mushroom, corn, etc.

1- Work oatmeal with 170 Ml warm water, oil, salt and yeast
2- Rest the pastry in 1 hour
3- By the way mix tomato paste, garlic and thyme in a bowl
4- Give a shape the pastry like a pizza pastry on a tray
5- Spread the mixture on the pastry
6- Put mozeralla and mashroom, pepper, corn etc. on pizza pastry
7- Cook at pre heated 180 degree oven in 18 – 20 minutes
