Recipe for homemade pasta bake:
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 small pot of cream
1 red pepper
1 tin a drained tuna
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry it with some low-calorie cooking spray. Once softened aff the chopped pepper, crushed garlic and tuna. Simmer until the pepper softens. Then add the chopped tomatoes, a small amount of cream and the tomato puree. Stir and simmer. Whilst you do all that you should have your pasta boiling. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce in a casserole dish. sprinkle over some light grated cheese around 50g and put in the oven at 180 C fan assisted* for around 20-25 minutes.
