2 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup oats
½ tsp rapid rise yeast
2 TBSP chia seeds
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups hot water
2 TBSP Molasses
Mix together: whole wheat four, all purpose flour, oats, yeast, chia seeds (optional), and salt. Add in hot tap water and molasses. Mix just enough to combine. Let rise for 3 hours. After at least 3 hours, preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Be sure to allow your dutch-oven to preheat with the oven. Prep your bread simply by shaping it. Let rest at least 30 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes with lid on then remove lid and continue to bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
