I tried my best with this video since it was highly requested. Please do not criticize me for my top being extremely linty. I did not recognize how linty my top was until I was editing my video. However, the meal was just for me.
Also if I was cooking for someone else I would have made sure to wear a different top as well as made use of my apron that i have.

How to cook Spaghetti Squash
This is my basic spaghetti squash recipe :
Slice squash into halves.
Place cut sides down in shallow in a roasting pan or glass dish
Bake for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove squash from the oven and carefully turn halves over to check for doneness —
Remember it will be hot and steam will be trapped under the squash, so be cautious.
Allow the squash to cool down before handling while cooking the filling.
With a fork or spoon, remove the meat of the squash (I call it the noodles lol).
The squash strands that resembles spaghetti should pull away, although the squash will not taste like spaghetti noodles.
The filling for the squash:
Peppers of your choice
Red or white onion
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Mild or Sweet Italian Sausage (remember that you can decase them in the event that you can’t find ground sausage.)
* Also remember that this meal can be made to your liking. The items I used you can take away and/or add to them. It’s all up to you.
For the Topping:
Remove squash from the oven and carefully turn halves over to check for doneness –the water will be hot and steam will be trapped under the squash, so be cautious.
Allow squash to sit 5-10 minutes to cool slightly for easier handling.
With a fork or spoon, remove the meat of the squash.
The squash will pull away into strands that resemble spaghetti, although this squash will
Ricotta Cheese
Shredded or mozzarella cheese (Any cheese that you prefer or can find)
One egg (I removed the egg yoke to make it a bit more healthier)
Chopped or whole spinach (It depends on your preference)
Be sure to have all the cooking utensils you need.
Remember to be creative with this meal. It can be a vegan or vegetarian dish.
