Caprese Chicken:
Mix 2 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar and 2 tbsp of garlic, pour on top of chicken in a baking dish.
Bake chicken at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes
In a dish add together half a chopped purple onion, a few handfuls of halved roma tomatoes, 2 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, handful of parsley, and some salt. Mix together.
When chicken has cooked for 20 minutes, pull out, sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, and add the mixture from the bowl on top as well.
Cook for another 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Bell Pepper Nachos:
Pan Cooked Steaks: season steaks with worchestire sauce and Montreal Steak seasonings, cook with thyme, butter, and garlic on medium high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking

Balsamic Honey Brussel Sprouts: chop brussel sprouts, season with salt and pepper. Cook on stovetop in canola oil until they’re browned and cooked to your liking. Add Balsamic and Honey to brussel sprouts and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
