HEALTHY BANANA BREAD that actually tastes just as good as what you can find at Local cafes or restaurants!!
This recipe contains substitute for sugar, butter and flour and of course healthier fats and adds whole grains.

INGREDIENTS:
-75g coconut oil
-168g Honey/155g maple syrup
-2 eggs
-2 Bananas
-56g of Almond/oats milk
-1 tsp Baking soda
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
-220g whole wheat Flour
-chopped nuts and raisins- optional*

PREPARATION:
1.Preheat oven to 325F/165C and prepare the loaf pan.
2.In a large bowl, beat the oil and honey together with a whisk. Add the eggs and beat well, then whisk in the mashed bananas and milk.
3.Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon, and whisk to blend. Lastly, switch to a big spoon and stir in the flour, just until combined.
4.Add chopped and raisins and fold gently.
5.Pour the batter into your loaf pan.
6.Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7.Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for at least 10 minutes.
