Hi guys thought this would be a fun video to film, haven’t done anything like this before so let me know what you think! While we’re in lockdown I’ve been experimenting with my cooking a lot so it’s given me the time to be able to do this! I hope it’s helpful to some of u 💓
1. Stir fry 🍜
Nest of Egg noodles
Edamame stir fry kit
2. Bean Burger 🍔
Bean burger (or could use any vegetable/vegan burger)
Pitta
And salad
Pirinase
3. Veggie Roast Dinner 🍲
2 Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausages
Broccoli (100g ish)
Peas (50g ish)
Sweet potato (125g ish)
Gravy
4. Rice dish / Rissotto 🍚
200g rice
Half a packet of spinach
Packet of cherry tomatoes
1 onion red/white
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 400g can of beans (Mixed, pinto, chickpeas etc. Whatever you want. I used a can of mixed and left over chickpeas)
2 vegetable stock cubes dissolved in 500 ml water (can you use chicken if u like but vegetable stock cubes make it vegan)
2 tbsp curry powder
Cooking oil and salt and pepper
5. Sweet potato and chickpea curry 🌶
