Healthy & simple snack ideas for my gals who wanna enjoy that fit life without spending too much time in the kitchen. I gotchuuuu 🍎🍊🍋🥦
SNACK #1: RICE CAKES
– Ingredients: rice cakes, peanut butter, banana.
– Directions: Pick a rice cake flavor of choice and top with peanut butter and banana slices. I usually spread 1tbs PB between 3 rice cakes and top with 1/2 sliced banana.
SNACK #2: HEALTHY BARS
– Here’s where you can grab them:
SNACK #3: APPLE CHIPS
– Ingredients: Apples, cinnamon.
– Directions: Chop up (or core) your apple of choice. Top with cinnamon & bake at 225 degrees for an hour.
SNACK #4: ROAST BEEF PINWHEEL
– Ingredients: ¼ cup goat cheese, 4 oz sliced roast beef, spinach, taco shell/wrap.
– Directions: Throw everything on a wrap & enjoy 😛
