Ingredients for making Mango Smoothie (Serves 2)

1. आम (Mango) – 1 bowl
2. दही (curd) – 1 bowl
3. चीनी या शहद (Sugar or Honey) – 2 tsp
4. Dry Fruits – for garnishing

How to make Mango Smoothie

1. Cut a small part of fresh mango into small pieces.
2. Add the rest of the mango, curd and sugar (or honey) into the mixer and make a smoothie.
3. Now put small pieces of mangoes in the glass first, add smoothie on top of it
4. Then garnish it with the rest of the mango pieces and dry fruit

Your delicious and healthy mango delight is ready.

मैंगो स्मूदी कैसे बनाएं

1. थोड़े आम को छोटे-छोटे टुकड़ों में काट कर रख ले
2. मिक्सी में बाकी आम, दही और चीनी (या शहद) डालकर अच्छे से स्मूदी बना लें
3. अब ग्लास में आम के छोटे टुकड़ों को पहले डालें, और उसके ऊपर स्मूदी
4. फिर उसे आम के बाकी टुकड़ों और ड्राई फ्रूट से गार्निश करें
