For your convenience: Method:
Basmati rice – 2.5 Cup (For 3 Servings) Soak for half an hour and keep aside.
Chop available vegetables and be ready…
# Cooking rice separately in cooker: Add one by one
Ghee: 2tsp
Oil: 1tbsp
Cashew nuts: 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom : 2 No.s powdered
Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 1 String
Then add Basmati rice and have a stir..
Luke warm milk: 1/2 cup
Salt : 1/4tbsp
Sugar: 1/4tbsp
Add water and cook until 1 whistle.
# To fry vegetables: In a pan add the following one by one , stir occasionally
Oil: 1tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1/4 tbsp
Add Available vegetables, Turmeric and Pepper powder & a little salt-Mix & Fry well
# Now, add the cooked rice to this vegetables and have a good mix…Garnish with coriander leaves(optional)..Tasty biriyani is ready…
