Instead of having a cup of coffee treat yourself to a nourishing, warm, and healing treat! This is anti-inflammatory, calming and filled with lots of nutrients. ⠀

I use an organic brand, that has fermented turmeric root with ginger, black pepper (helps absorb turmeric), curcumin (the key band ioactive compound in time tic), probiotics, ginger, ashwagandha!
Wow talk about the perfect blend! Especially to help combat inflammation, digestive issues& stress. It’s so delicious!!

This is a perfect cup to have in the afternoon and especially before bed because it helps with recovery and nourishment!

Ingredients-⠀
One scoop of golden milk (I use mykind organics golden milk by Garden of Life)⠀
1 teaspoon of organic Minooka honey or raw honey⠀
You can also add a scoop of unflavored collagen. (I use Orgain). This brand uses sources from grass fed pasture raised cattle to ensure the cleanest highest quality of protein. Great for joint function, muscle recovery, strong hair and nails, & radiant skin. I also sneak us in to my cup of coffee every day.
