How to make Peanut Butter Cups | Healthy Peanut Butter Cups Recipe
For 6 cups you need:
– 🍌1 banana (very ripe)
– 🥣 70 g oatmeal
– 🥄 1 tsp honey
– 🥜 60 g peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
– 🍫 50 g dark chocolate
How to make it:
1. Bite banana with a fork in a medium bowl.
2. Add oatmeal and honey. Mix everything very well.
3. Spray the cooking pan with a coconut oil.
4. Spoon the batter evenly into each cup or liner.
5. Bake the tarts for 15 min at 180C.
6. Let them relax for 20 minutes. Then fill it up with peanut butter and cover with a dark chocolate.
