Ingredients:
Banana
Grated Coconut
Dates
All purpose flour/maida:2 tablespoons
Rice flour:2 tablespoons
salt
Sugar
Oil

Method of preparation:
Dates stuffed recipe:
To make batter, take a bowl add 2 spoons of maida flour, add 2 spoons of rice flour add salt and little amount of water till batter thickens slightly.
Heat the pan add 1 spoon of ghee
Add grated coconut.Add cashewnuts.Add half spoon of sugar.Mix well till mixture turns slight golden brown colour. Keep aside mixture.
Now take dates remove seeds and stuff coconut mixture in the dates.Dip stuffed dates in batter.Heat the pan .Fry dipped dates in oil till golden brown colour.Transfer fried dates to tissue paper to remove excess oil. Dish out healthy and tasty dates.
Banana stuffed recipe:
Use same batter as used for dates.
Take a banana (Kerala nenthra pazham).Make vertical slits on three sides of banana.Stuff coconut mixture inside banana.Now peel off banana
Dip banana into batter.Heat the pan and fry coated and stuffed banana in oil.Till it turns into golden colour.Transfer to kitchen towel to remove excess oil.Cut the banana into two or three parts
