Onion :half of one
Carrot : 1/4 of one
Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon
For tempering:
Mustard seeds, Chana dal, Urad dal, Cashew, Peanut, Curry leaves, Dry red chilly.
Lemon juice for seasoning
