Hello friends I’m back with another bakery recipe- Ladi Pav ,Easy homemade Pav.This recipe is very easy to make and end result is even better than outside packaged pav. You can follow the recipe step by step and get spongy and fresh pav to be served with bhaji or any other indian curry. I have also shared link of Mumbai Vadapav recipe in which homemade pav is used. Try it out at home and avoid outside packaged pav.
Ingredients
Maida- 3 cup
Sugar- 1tbsp
Dry instant yeast- 1tbsp
Butter/ghee- 2tbsp
Salt- 1.5 tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup
Water- 3/4 cup
