Healthy Mango Overnight Oats Recipe. This is the perfect lockdown breakfast recipe this summer –

How to make this easy Overnight Oats Recipe –

1/2 cup mango, chopped
1/2 cup instant oats (or rolled oats)
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons milk
Optional – 2 tablespoons dahi (yogurt)
Optional – 1 teaspoon chia/basil seeds

Method: mash the mango into pulp. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or container. Put the lid or cover with cling film. Let it rest overnight in the fridge. Next morning – dig in!

Toppings are optional – you can top it with more chopped mango. Nuts, desiccated coconut etc

If you’re vegan or allergic to dairy, you can use oat milk or soy milk instead of dairy here.
