1 – Pesarattu / Healthy Green Gram Dosa

Ingredients-

Moong Dal / Green gram – 1 Cup
Green Chillis – 3
Ginger – 1 Inch
Jeera – 1/2 Tsp
Hing / Asafoetida – 1 Pinch
Onion
Salt
Ghee
Water – 1-2 Cup

2 – Poha

Ingredients –

Poha / Rice Flakes – 2 Cups
Green Chillis – 3 Split
Curry Leave – 1 Strand
Onion – 1 Small
Urad dal
Mustard seeds
Ginger – Garlic paste – 1 Tsp
Potato – 1 Half
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
