Ingredients :
1.Makhana – 200grs (Dry roast for 15 to 20 mins)
Mix Nut Makhana :
50grs Roasted Makhana (1 cup)
50grs Poha
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
Dry Fruits (Cashews,Almond and Raisins)
1 tsp Ghee
Makhana Mixture:
50grs Roasted Makhana (1 cup)
3 tsp Oil
2 Chopped Green Chilli
3 to 4 curry leaves
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Peanuts
1 tsp Roasted Split Gram
Caramelised Makhana :
50grs Roasted Makhana (1 cup)
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
2 to 3 tsp Jaggery
1 tsp Ghee
Refreshing Mint Flavour Makhana :
50grs Roasted Makhana (1 cup)
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Mint Powder
1/4 tsp Chat Masala
1/4 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
2 to 3 Curry Leaves
