Ingredients

2 cup Basmati Rice
1 cup Soaked Chana Dal
4 Chopped Green Chilli
5 Cloves Garlic
4 Curry Leaves Chopped
1 Handful Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 Medium Finely Chopped Onion
1 tsp Turmeric
1/3 cup Water
Salt To Taste
1 tbsp Oil

Method
– For this easy recipe, soak rice and dal for 4-5 hours.
– Grind the soaked rice & dal along with green chillies, garlic & very little water.
– Batter should not be very thick nor too runny. Add little bit turmeric and salt to it.
– Heat oil in a wok. (It should not be too hot)
– With the help of spoon gently release the batter into the oil. Fry from both sides.
– Serve with any gravy, aloo tamatar ki sabzi or simply with pickle of your choice.
