** OVER NIGHT OATS
– 1/2 oats
– 1/2 almond milk (any milk works)
– 1 tsp cocoa powder
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tbsp almond butter
– a drop of vanilla extract.

** BROWN RICE FRIED RICE
– 1/2 cup of brown rice
– 1/2 cup paneer cubes
– 1 stem of kale
– 1 small tomato
– 1/2 a large carrot
– 1/3 of an onion
– 1 egg

** SEASONING FOR THE PANEER
– 1/4 tsp turmeric
– 1/4 tsp red chilly flakes
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp parsley
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp pepper
— All the spices above can be added to taste also!
