INGREDIENTS

CHIKEN breast/ pechuga de pollo
1tbsp olive oil / aceite de oliva
1/4 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin / cumino
1/2 oregano
Salt and black pepper / sal y pimienta
Romaine lettuce / lechuga Romana
Cherry tomatoes / tomates
Medium cucumber / pepino
Lemon juice / jugo de limòn
Feta cheese / queso de feta
Black olives/ aceituna de oliva

PREPARATION
Lay chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl
Place halved cherry tomatoes ,chopped cucumber and black olives in a circle as shown in the video, add chicken breast in the center. And then add the dressing on top. Toss until the mixture is thoroughly combined.

Dressing: in a small bowl , combine the olive oil , balsamic vinegar, black pepper and salt ,lemon juice, then set aside
