Hey guys this week we celebrated Lilli’s 6th birthday at home just the 4 of us. We’re still being cautious and staying home. I hope you’re all doing well.
The dinners we ate this week were:
•Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken & Veggies with Rice (
•Million Dollar Baked Spaghetti (
•Instant Pot Mississippi Pot Roast (Cook for 1 hour on meat setting and natural release for 20 min)
•Smothered Beef & Bean Burritos, Cheese Dip & Guacamole (
•Teriyaki Salmon & Fried Rice ( (
•Grilled Adobo Pork Chops, Mexican Rice, Beans (
•Grilled Chicken Wraps & Fries
GRILLED ADOBO PORK CHOPS
6 boneless pork chops 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp each brown sugar, olive oil, & orange juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Marinate for 2- 24 hours.
