Here is the recipe for Broccoli Kofta
1cup onion
1cup grated carrot
1cup finely cut broccoli
1/2 inch ginger grated
1tsp salt
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp chilly powder
1/2 cup basan flour/ corn flour
Add 2 tbsp water
Mix well and make broccoli kofta balls
Take paniyaram pan, heat it. Put oil as required put the broccoli kofta balls and close the lid and cook for 5 mins in medium heat
Turn sides and cook both sides of broccoli kofta balls for 5 Minutes.
Take out the kofta balls
Serve Broccoli kofta with Love !! Spread LOVE !!
