Palakottai, is the seed inside the jack fruit, which many people discard after eating jack fruit. Some of them making sambar, poriyal using this seed. Here I tried jack fruit seed cutlet with Javvarisi (sabudana which taste delicious and healthy.
Ingerdients:
Jack fruit seed/ Palakottai – 30 to 35 (boiled)
Javvarisi/ Sabudana – 1 cup (150 gram)
Whole wheat bread – 4 slices
Onion – 2
Green chilli – 3
Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
