Finely chopped garlic (3-4 cloves)
Finely chopped onions (2)
Finely chopped green chilli (2-3)
Handful of finely chopped coriander leaves

half a cup of mixed vegetables – Corn, Carrot, Green Peas, Beans
Hing powder (asafoetida) 1 pinch
Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Red chilli powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Coriander + Cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
Mustard seeds (1 teaspoon)
