1 Cup Hung Curd
2 tsp Lite Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
5-6 fresh Basil Leaves
1/2 Cup Onions
1/4 Cup Red Cabbage
1/2 Cup Red Bell Peppers
1/2 Cup Capsicum
1/2 Cup Boiled American Corns
Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
Method:
In a Bowl, take 1 Cup Hung Curd
Add 2 tsp Lite Mayonnaise
Then Add Salt to taste
Add 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Add 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
Add 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Also Add 5-6 torn fresh Basil Leaves
Mix Well
Now Add 1/2 Cup Onions
Add 1/4 Cup Red Cabbage
Add 1/2 Cup Red Bell Peppers
Also Add 1/2 Cup Capsicum
Add 1/2 Cup Boiled American Corns
Mix Well thoroughly
Our Sandwich Filling is Ready
Now Take Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
Brush each of them with Low Fat Butter
Stuff the Filling
Brush the Breads from the top & Grill the Sandwiches
