– 200g URDU LENTILS
– 100g COOKED BASMATI RICE
– 1 TEASPOON METHISEEDS
– 1 TABLESPOON YOGHURT
– LITTLE BIT SALT FOR FLAVOR

APPLE CHUTNEY:
– 1 PEELD APPLE
– 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
