Full recipe for Healthy Sprouts Salad | Sprouted Moong Salad | Protein Salad
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients / Method:
Add 1 Cup Water in a Pan
Add 1/4 tsp Salt (Namak)
Then Add 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi) & Stir it
Then Add 1 Cup of Moong Sprouts
Cook in Open Pan till all the Water dries up
Keep it aside to cool it down
In a mixing Bowl, take 1/2 Cup Onion
Add 1/2 tsp Green Chili
Then Add 2 tsp Red, Yellow & Green Bell Peppers each
Add 2 tsp Cucumber
Also Add 2 tsp Boiled American Corns
Add 1 tsp Coriander (Dhaniya)
Add 1 tsp Mint Leaves (Pudina)
Add Juice of 1 Lemon
Add Salt to taste
Add 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Masala (Kali Mirch)
Add 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
Now Mix Semi-Cooked Sprouts in the Salad
Mix Well & Salad is Ready
