In this video, we are going to see how to prepare the Beetroot Vadai recipe in Tamil. This is very tasty and healthy too.

Ingredients:
1)Peeled Beetroot – 4 nos
2)Soaked Bengal gram- 1 cup
3)Red chill- 2 nos
4)Green chill- 2 nos
5)Small onion-15 nos required(Check the video how to prepare)
6)Fennel seeds – As required
7)Salt – As required
8)Groundnut oil- As required
9)Curry Leaves- As required
10)Corn flour- optional

Method:

First Grind the soaked Bengal gram, fennel seeds, red chill & salt (as shown in the video).
Add the Peeled beetroot, chopped onion, green chill, curry leaves with ground items and mix it well and keep it in a bowl.
Heat the pan and add the required groundnut oil
Make the vada shape as you want and gently put it in the pan
Fry well in the medium flame

Now the very tasty and healthy Beetroot vada is ready to serve. Serve it with your friends and family and enjoy your day with healthy snacks.
