¼ Cup Milk
1 tbsp Almond
1 tsp Raisins
1 tsp Chironji
1 Piece Fig
1 tsp Pistachio
1 tbsp Cashew nuts
1 tsp Walnuts
1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
1 Cup Cornflakes
Cornflakes are a very healthy option to opt as a breakfast! One can have it with milk or along with vegan milk like almond milk, coconut milk, soya milk etc.
Today I am sharing a simple and healthy breakfast similar to muesli, but without any added sweetener, I have added just raisins and fig to replace any artificial sweeteners, I never add sugar in my breakfast but replacing them with fruits are the best option as you will not get the craving for sweets, just these are best to start your day with.
Several other dry fruits added into it makes it more healthy, I hope this post will be helpful! Let’s start to prepare this no fire, no-cook recipe.
