Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte:
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 Tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup coffee
Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie:
1/2 banana
3 Tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree
2 dates OR 2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
