Tofu is cooked with carrots and bell peppers which makes it one of the healthiest on diet. This recipe can be a part of your atkins diet. It can be modified for keto diet by replacing whole wheat flour tortilla/ flatbread with tortilla made from coconut flour.

INGREDIENTS:

Tortilla/ Flatbread / Whole Wheat Roti/ Chapati
Tofu (extra firm) 50 gms
Carrot 1 Small
Green Bell pepper 1 Small
Yellow Bell Pepper 1 Small
Red Bell Pepper 1 Small
Onion 1 Small

Cilantro/ Coriander leaves
Red Chilli powder/ chilli flakes/ Paprika 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice 1 tsp

Ranch 1 Tbsp+ 1 Tbsp
Oregano 1 Tsp

Yield= 3 to 4 medium sized wraps.
