My Torta Bread Healthy Version (Oven)
Less Sugar/ Less Salt/Less Oil
I used Muscovado sugar instead of regular sugar in my food or drinks.
Muscovado sugar provides trace amounts of minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, and iron due to its molasses content.
Ingredients
4 Cups flour (Any flour)
3 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
1 cup sugar (Muscovado or any sugar)
370ml milk or water (Any milk)
3/4 cup (12 tbsp) Butter or coconut oil
1 tbsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt
3 pcs Large eggs
Mix all the ingredient
Pre-heat oven 180-200C
Bake for 30-40 mins or until golden brown
Note. You can add sugar depending on your preferred sweetness
