Ingredients:
Roasted Oats: 1 Cup
Suji: 2 Tbsp
Gram Flour: 2 Tbsp
Onion: 1 Nos
Green Chilli: 1 Nos
Curry Leaves: Few
Ginger Chopped: 1/2 Tsp
Salt: 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/8 Tsp
Chilli Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Chaat Masala: 1/4 Tsp
Curd: 2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves: Few
Oil: 1 Tsp

Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make oats chilli dosai. Very delicious and a very healthy breakfast recipe. This oats chilli dosai helps in weightless. It is a very filling and nutritious breakfast recipe, so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. To a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of roasted oats, 2 tbsp of suji or rava, 2 tbsp of gram flour, this helps in binding the ingredients, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 green chilli finely chopped, few curry leaves chopped, 1/2 tsp of chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/8 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of chaat masala and 2 tbsp of curd.
3. Mix all the ingredients well with a spatula. Make sure all the ingredients are well spread.
4. Now its nicely done, so start to add little water at a time and mix well. We are looking for a nice and thick batter consistency, so add water accordingly.
5. Now we have it right, so close with a lid and let this rest for 10 minutes.
6. Its been 10 minutes, so lets open and check. Give it a quick mix. The suji has absorbed the water and its very thick now, so again add sufficient amount of water and mix it well. Finally add some chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
7. Now our oats chilli dosai batter is ready, lets go and make the oats chilli dosai.
8. Heat a pan and add a tsp of oil to it. Spread it well. Keep the flame in medium throughout the process. Add in a laddle full of the batter in the center of the pan and spread it well with spatula. Spread it well. Make the dosai as thin as possible so that it is evenly cooked. Shape the edges. Let this cook for 2 minutes in medium flame. After 2 mins flip to the other side and let this again cook for 2 minutes.
9. Its been 2 minutes and both sides are nicely cooked, cripsy and ready, so lets now remove it.
10. Now our delicious oats chilli dosai is ready. Serve it nice an hot with a cup of sambar and enjoy with your family and friends.
