Today i take you through a normal work day in my life! Throughout the VLOG i’ll show you two easy healthy recipes ( includes one easy Korean meal), experiment with the Coke vs Pepsi challenge and take you through a burpee workout.

Recipes:
Low Fat Mozarella Sticks
1. Cut Josephs lavash bread into squares
2. Use any fat free or light fat mozarella cheese and sprinkle onto the lavash bread.
3. Roll up and heat on the stove making sure to rotate. This will give the outside a nice crisp.
Korean BBQ marinade
1. 2 TBSP honey
2. 2 TBSP soy sauce
3 3 TBSP water
4. 1 TBSP Sesame oil
5. Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Let marinade for a 2-3 hours.
Korean Vegetable Pancake recipe
1. 2.5 cups mixed vegetables – I used green onions, carrots, zucchini and jalapenos. Onions and sweet potatoes go very well with this as well.
2. 3/4 cup flour
3. 3/4 cup water
4. 1/2 tsp salt
5. Mix all ingredients in a bowl together
6. Pour a generous amount on a medium heat skillet.
*The traditional recipe requires the use of vegetable oil/EVOO for a crispy texture but since we’re lowering calories feel free to use a non-stick spray.
