Ingredients:
200gms Paneer
1 medium size Onion
1 medium size green capsicum
2/3 Green chilli
1tsp chaat masala
2 tbs mint (pudina)
Salt to Taste
Butter
How to make Mint/Pudina Chutney:
Take 1 soup bowl coriander leaves
¼ bowl Mint leaves
1 slice of Bread
1 tbsp Lemon juice
3-4 Green chilli
1 inch Ginger
3-4 Garlic
Salt to Taste.
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients in the mixer jar and run for 1 min chutney is ready to eat.
Instructions for Sandwich:
1) Firstly, take a big bowl, add grated paneer, fined chopped onion, capsicum, mint leaves, green chilli, chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix it well.
2) Heat the toaster on one side.
3) Meanwhile, take 4 slices of bread, apply butter, mint chutney and put the stuffing and put another slice of bread on it.
4) Put the sandwich in the toaster, until it becomes light brown.
5) Minty Paneer Sandwich is ready to serve.
