Ingredients:
* Rice (ಅಕ್ಕಿ, चावल)- 1 cup
* Boiled potato (ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ,, आलू) – 2, medium size
* Green chilly (ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ, हरी मिर्च) – 2, as per the taste
* Ginger ( ಶುಂಠಿ, अदरक) – 1 inch, roughly chopped
* Cumin ( ಜೀರಿಗೆ, जीरा) – 1/2 tsp
* Curry leaves (ಕರಿಬೇವು, करी पत्ते) – 1/2 tsp, finely chopped
* Salt (ಉಪ್ಪು, नमक) – 3/4 tsp, as per the taste
* Black pepper powder (ಕರಿ ಮೆಣಸು, काली मिर्च) – 1/2 tsp
* Capsicum (ದೊಣ್ಣೆ ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ, शिमला मिर्च) – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
* Boiled green peas(ಹಸಿರು ಬಟಾಣಿ,हरी मटर) – 1/4 cup
* Cauliflower (ಹೂಕೋಸು, गोभी) – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
* Carrot (ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್, गाजर)- 1/4 cup, finely chopped
* Onion (ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ, प्याज) – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
* Tomato (ಟೊಮೆಟೊ, टमाटर) – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
* Coriander leaves (ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ, धनिया) – 3 tbsp, finely chopped
* Lemon juice (ನಿಂಬೆ, नींबू) – 1 tbsp
* Chilly flakes (ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಪದರಗಳು, चिली फ्लेक्स) – 1/2 tsp
* Baking soda (ಅಡಿಗೆ ಸೋಡಾ, बेकिंग सोडा) – 1/4 tsp
