Hi Everyone, welcome back! Today, I’ve got another healthy $20 grocery budget challenge. This one is a vegan grocery budget challenge. I shopped at target for $20 worth of groceries to make a week’s worth of meals for one. As usual, I use some pantry staples, to approximate a $25-$30 total budget. The point of these videos is to make nutritious meals with enough variety that could sustain a person who has an active lifestyle. I think eating well on a budget is possible, it just requires a bit of creativity.
