In today’s video I’m only eating protein ice-cream for a day. For those of you who don’t know what this is… It is a healthy ice cream which is low in fat, low in calories and with a lot of protein.
I’m making 5 different recipes and I eat 10 liters of ice cream in total.
I’m doing this to show you that you don’t need to starve yourself to lose weight. You just need to get creative in the kitchen and start making healthy and delicious recipes.

HERE IS MY FAVOURITE ANABOLIC PROTEIN ICE CREAM RECIPE:
20g whey protein (chocolate flavour)
150g mixed frozen berries
300g ice
150ml unsweetened almond milk
100g low fat kwark (greek yoghurt)
5g unsweetened coco powder
7g guar gum
10g pudding mix (chocolate flavour)
Low calorie sweetener of choice

TOPPINGS:
1 banana
6g PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
