Hey everyone! This is one of our favorite healthy meals to eat! Its a super easy and quick 20 minute meal, perfect for those busy weeknights! There’s nothing better than super fresh vegetables and fresh seafood! I absolutely love shrimp and all seafood so this one was a keeper! I topped my shrimp and veggies over some brown rice, but if you want to keep it low carb, just the shrimp and vegetables are delicious and filling!
