Avocado Parathas or Avocado Flatbread are very versatile. You can enjoy them as breakfast, lunch or dinner with curry or other dips. It is also good snack with tea or coffee!! We all know avocados are considered superfood as it has lot of healthy fat and nutrients. That means we should find ways to include them in our diet often. These parathas or roti is a good way to include them in your regular diet. We have used whole wheat flour which is a win win as you get your most needed fiber.

Ingredients:

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 ripe Avocado
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ajwain (Optional)
Plain water as needed
2 tbsp Ghee or oil
