MEAL PREP SUNDAYS- they are a thing in my house hold!

With a busy lifestyle, it is so important to have healthy meals on hand! Spending an hour or two meal prepping on Sundays is a LIFESAVOR! I normally prep two different recipes, so I decided to film it this week for you!

RECIPES:
Crockpot Salsa Chicken Rice bowls:
Chicken Breasts
Green Salsa
High Heat for 4 hours!
Rice
Vegetables of choice!

Ground Turkey Sweet Potato Bowls:
Ground Turkey
Sweet Potatoes
Veggies of choice!

Prep time for both was under an hour! The longest thing to cook was the crockpot chicken, but it was super easy to make!
