Hi friends, today I am sharing with you a healthy breakfast idea it is weight loss roti. Made from oats. Very healthy and tasty recipe in single roti will get only 45 calories, so those who are trying to weight loss they can easily add this recipe in their breakfast. This recipe is gluten-free recipe, suitable for everyone. And it is quick and easy to prepare recipe. To make this recipe I didn’t added oil here, it is zero oil recipe.So friends, try me garlic paratha recipe and let me know how is the taste?

Weight loss roti recipe

1-Oats-1 cup(100g)(15 spoons)
2-Coriander leaves-10g(handful)
3-Mint leaves-5g
4-Green chilli- as per taste
5-Garlic-5g
6-Jeera (cumin seeds)-1/2 tsp
7-Coriender leaves-1 tsp
8-Turmeric-1/4 tsp
9-Salt-as per taste
Cooking process
1-Take 1 cup rolled oats, grind it as fine powder.
2-Wash and chop all vegetables finely.
3-Add all the vegetables to oats powder and spices like cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt.
4-Mix well.
5-Add 1.5 cup water and mix well.
6-Heat the pan .
7-Take 1 spoon batter full and spread it in the pan.
8-Roast it on both sides.
9-Healthy oats garlic paratha is ready.
